Post the battle with the elemental:

From GM Giles:

From his pack Kerac pulls a cloth wrapped item. Gently the dirty fabric is removed. The cloth hangs down over his massive palms protecting the item from the contact with his hand. With quite reverence the now exposed Kernel of True Earth is cast into the crevasse.

Mereoni, T'kral and his cousin Aramis sound silent witness as Ethilion, rightful ruler of Jerris, step to the edge of the abyssal canyon. The blade of a non descript knife is dragged over his wrist and his hand fingers, loosely splayed, point to the crevice. The blood runs down to bead on his fingertip as he starts chanting the ancient Jerrisian oath. Words of obligation and binding learned from when he were a baby. Sung with more commitment and emotion than skill or art, his untrained tenor rises from a quavering start to complete the first verse with a power that rivals the massive waterfall. The droplet detaches from his finger and for a moment appears to hang suspended over the infinite drop. Ethilion's head held high he continues the ancient song, this verse, is accompanied by the voices of a dozen Tomb Guards who have entered the Tomb. And the drop falls...

Out of sight, the blackness swallows the red bead, infused with power, loyalty and the prince's own life force. Deep beneath the earth surface a single clap thunder is heard and for a moment even the waterfall become silent.

The sputtering cough of a man who has breathed in too much dust is heard over to the side of the cavern. A T'skrang inelegantly pulls himself over the lip of the abyss.

"The healing has begun and it is time you left, Surfacers. You have my thanks."

Despite hasty questioning by the assembled witnesses, no further answers are gained and they all flee to the surface, with the thunderous rolling echo of water chasing them.
